BBQ Goes Upscale at Bucky's

Two South Florida Locations:

1198 N. Dixie Hwy
Boca Raton, Fla. 33432

1451 N. Federal Hwy
Fort Lauderdale, Fla. 33304

If you're looking for amazing homestyle BBQ, but don't want the usual picnic tables covered in red and white plaid, this is the place for you.

This is the upscale version of the usual ribs and chicken joint, but with the same great taste. The restaurant is fashioned in black leather and wood tables, and reminds me of something straight out Texas.

They have one menu which is served all day, including everything from ribs to chicken to sandwhiches, and feature specials of fresh wood smoked fish. My personal favorite are the Kansas City Sticky Ribs, which practically fall off the bone, however they are famously noted for their slow cooked Carolina Pulled Pork Sandwhich. (I must add this is another favorite of mine!) Choose the mac & cheese as your side, it is absolutely to die for as it's the creamiest, meltiest, and most delicious mac & cheese I have ever had.

The average cost for a meal is about $15, which is much higher than the average BBQ restaurant, but worth every penny. Check out the website at http://www.buckysbar-b-que.com/, and look over the menu items, which each boast a very realistic picture of how the item will arrive on your plate.
